Fulton County Open Enrollment 2012

Hello Homeowners here is some news on Fulton County open enrollments for 2012.  None of our schools will be impacted in 2012

May 16 is deadline for Open Enrollment applications


The Fulton County School System has identified 16 schools that can accept transfer students next school year as part of the “public school choice” legislation (H.B. 251). Approved in 2009, the law gives parents the option to choose a school outside of their attendance zone, provided it has available classroom space to accommodate transfer students.

A transfer application is available online for the following schools:

Abbotts Hill Elementary School
Paul D. West Middle School
Bethune Elementary School
Woodland Middle School
Birmingham Falls Elementary School

Crabapple Crossing Elementary School
HIGH
Findley Oaks Elementary School
Chattahoochee High School
Hamilton E. Holmes Elementary School
Creekside High School
Ison Springs Elementary School
Northview High School
Medlock Bridge Elementary School
Tri-Cities High School
Renaissance Elementary School


Shakerag Elementary School







The application deadline is Monday, May 16 at 4:30 p.m., and parents will be notified of their child’s transfer status by June 30.
