Getting ready for the 4th!

It's that time, Lakemont, so get out your red, white and blue and get ready for some patriotic fun!  

Anyone interested in donating to the Roswell Fire Department, who has always been so good to us over the years in donating their time and energy to our celebration, please contact Beth Jacquin.  Or just bring your donation to the picnic and we will collect all of the contributions!

Now get ready for some fun!!  

Here is the line up:

10-10:30 Parade! (it will begin in the Lakemont Dr. cul-de-sac) Come on over and decorate anything you have with wheels!

11:15 Fire Truck Fun

12:15'ish Picnic and Talent Show

Last names beginning with letters A-I:  please bring a side dish (mac and cheese, salad, beans, etc)

Last names beginning with letters J-Z: please bring a main dish (fried chicken, hot dogs, grilled meat, etc)

Lemonade, water and dessert provided by the Lakemont Homeowners Association.  The ever popular ice cream truck will be making another appearance - so you won't want to miss that!

Don't forget your chairs, optional beverages and sunscreen. Swimsuits may be a consideration as there will be water!

Here's a little note from Jeff Flamer - 

Friends, neighbors, countrymen,

It is time again for the Lakemont Dam clean up, that means clearing brush, trimming along the dam, taking limbs out to the street for pick up, and making way for mowing behind the dam.

All are invited this Saturday, June 23rd at 9 am, bring your gloves and your favorite trimming tool, I will bring the chainsaw, if we could get at least 2 people with trimmers that would be great. I will acquire a trailer to haul out debris (thanks to Frank).

I think with enough hands we could knock it out in the morning, the weather is supposed to be beautiful so see you there. If you can help out please respond to Jeff at jflamer@charter.net, so I can have an idea of how many hands we have.

Lakemont Homeowners' Meeting Today!

Just a quick reminder, there will be a Lakemont Homeowners' Association Meeting today:

Sheridan's driveway - 535 Lakemont Ct.

Please bring your own lawn chair.  All questions and concerns are welcome!

Also, don't forget, if you haven't already paid your Homeowner's dues, you can bring them to the meeting today!
